The Marketing Metrics Monitor™ combines two powerful tools in one. It is both an automated survey tool, and a dashboard marketing metrics reporting and monitoring system.

Information is automatically fed into the system by predefined automated surveys, and additional company information is automatically requested (by e-mail) from a designated company official when needed, to result in a comprehensive but simple view of whether the company’s marketing performance is on track (indicated by colour green), problematic (orange), or unacceptable (red).

From this helicopter view, the user can easily drill down to see exactly in which measurement or geographical area problems are situated.

Besides displaying the dashboards, the system has also been designed to:

  • Display metrics and trends graphically over time.
  • Export series of metrics in Microsoft Excel format for analysis with external programs, or print simple PDF reports of surveys.

Setting up your company as a client is easy and the MMM automatically guides you to identify your industry, profits drivers and marketing channels, and then suggests which marketing metrics are most appropriate to use for your company. You are also then advised as to what information is required to execute and implement the metrics that are selected.
