DIY Metrics™, is a firm specializing in the field of marketing, sales and business performance measurement and management. Our main thrust is the marketing and operation of the Marketing Metrics Monitor™, but we also do consulting for many organisations in the field of marketing strategy and enhancing marketing performance.
The firm was started by Dr. Jack de Villiers (PhD) who conceptualised and developed the Marketing Metrics Monitor™ and who lectures marketing management and related subjects (including marketing metrics) since 1992 at various internationally accredited universities including the Stellenbosch University Business School (South Africa), University of Hull (United Kingdom), the University of Bond (Australia), and NEOMA Business School (France).
